Vidalista is a generic brand name by Centurion Laboratories for the drug Tadalafil.

Tadalafil helps men achieve an erection by relaxing arteries and increasing blood flow to the male genitalia.

Tadalafil is similar to Viagra (Sildenafil) but the main difference is how long the drugs last. Tadalafil can last up to 36 hours while Sildenafil only lasts around 4 to 6 hours.

Tadalafil does not trigger an erection on its own and sexual stimulation is still required to achieve an erection.

Dosage

Tadalafil can be taken in two ways:

First is to take one tablet as needed, usually at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.

The second is to take Tadalafil regularly, once a day every day.

Tadalafil’s effect on sexual ability may last up to 36 hours. But if taken daily, you may attempt sexual activity at any time between your doses.

Tadalafil should not be taken more than once in a 24-hour period.

Side Effects

Side effects of taking Tadalafil may include but not limited to: headache, indigestion, heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, flushing (feeling of warmth), and muscle pains.

Do not take Tadalafil with other ED medications.

If adverse effects or severe allergic reactions occur, or the above symptoms do not go away, discontinue use and promptly discuss with your physician.
